They could not fix the things I asked for, could not locate clear damage I explained, I needed my car back at 2pm, I called and texted at least 8 times with no response and they didn't get back till 3pm I dropped my car at 9am. Just nothing good, just nothing good to say about it.
Complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. I am a Tier 1 buyer with no trade-in and was completely ready to make a lease deal today after doing my research online. I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos here and had a very positive experience initially. My salesperson, Michael, was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The negotiation was straightforward, and I felt like I got a fair deal. The finance manager, Brandon, was also very personable and genuine. Based on my first day, I would have had no hesitation recommending this dealership.

When I started looking into buying a new Carnival I got bombarded with calls and texts from many salespeople. So when I decided what I wanted I made an appointment with Anthony and he confirmed it. When I got there they put me with someone else then another person then I finally wound up with Zied, who turned out to be very helpful and efficient. Like most dealerships, there was a lot of wheeling and dealing, which I loathe. My husband walked out because he felt they were playing games. I ended up accepting the offer myself, to my dismay.
I waited for nearly three hours for a routine oil change and three two-minute items needing instruction. Mine was the third car in line at 8:10 for an 8:20 appt. Not respectful of my time.

I had just bought a 2020 Dodge Journey and 2 months later, the vehicle was deemed undrivable and unsafe. I couldn’t get another vehicle and as I was walking home, I decided to go look around. I was literally at the place I started contemplating suicide. Sad, but I was tired. Michael Butler, took me in and I told him everything. I don’t know how, but they pulled a rabbit trick! Because of Mike Butler, I was able to drive off in a 2023 VW JETTA SPORT w/ 20k miles! I feel much better and very grateful

The waiting room has a TV on surrounded by a Salesforce in the showroom. You really need a set of headphones if you sit there for hours.

I have had my car there since Friday and it still hasn't been seen by the service department. Kevin has helped me get a rental car and transportation to and from my home but there is no timeline in place. I know it's not his fault but what's the point of an appointment if you're going to be stuck waiting for days for the car to even be seen
